All The Elements Limited is a small Shropshire based business with ambitions for the future. We are seeking experienced and ambitious plumbing engineers with a good understanding of different domestic hot water & heating systems to join our firm.

The majority of our work is private residential properties, so we are looking for someone not only with good knowledge of plumbing but also with great customer service skills, courteous, tidiness and passion for the job.

As a business, we carry out a broad range of plumbing & heating jobs from reactive maintenance works such as repairing taps, toilets and tracing leaks etc to full bathroom refurbishments, boiler installations, whole house heating & plumbing installations.

Duties will include:

• Assemble, install, test and maintain mechanical equipment using hand tools, test equipment and power tools.
• Be able to conduct mechanical tasks such as pump maintenance & replacement, pipe work installation, alignments, valve maintenance / installation, problem solving and other general installation works within the mechanical discipline.
• To promptly respond to faults raised,  diagnose/identify the root cause/report defects and rectify where  possible.
• Provide detailed fault reports, covering problem, cause and remedy.
• Read, understand and interpret mechanical/plumbing drawings, station drawings and schematics.

Experience and Skills:  

• 3+ previous years’ experience in a similar role.
• Ability  to plan and coordinate effectively without supervision.
• Knowledge and understanding of Health and safety
• Plumbing trained and certified.
• CSCS Card a benefit, but not essential

Salary: negotiable dependent upon experience
